Under the new rules, the trial removes all four limits on project Skills, collaboration runs, general Skills and devices. Allowances do not override feature checks: advanced People features still require paid status, and Studio account-plan integration is not complete.

Your identity, plan access and data permissions are separate. Signing in or purchasing does not authorize every project or terminal command. You still choose which data to connect and which actions to allow.

Pnote does not add a charge for third-party AI usage. The Standard plan's 3 monthly collaboration runs are product actions, not 3 third-party AI API calls or credits. Product plans do not include third-party AI subscriptions, API credits or compute.
Supported tools may use your existing, configured and authorized subscription. Compatibility, usage limits and API charges follow the tool and provider's rules; subscriptions are not universally interchangeable.
A few things to know before you choose.
How do the four Standard allowances work?
You get 1 project Skill shared across your account, not a separate allowance for every project; 3 collaboration runs per month; general Skills in your choice of Pnote, Pnote People or Pnote Studio; and 1 device plus a phone. No additional rules about how often you can change plugins are being introduced here.
Does yearly Plus include more than monthly Plus?
No. Monthly and yearly are two automatically renewing billing cycles for the same Plus plan, with the same four allowances and feature scope. Confirm available plans, charges and cancellation arrangements in your account and checkout details.
What can I try during the 15-day trial?
The new trial rules remove the four Standard-tier limits on project Skills, collaboration runs, general Skills and devices. Your account shows the trial dates. Removing allowance limits does not complete an integration: current People paid-status checks and unfinished Studio plan integration still apply.
Does Pro cover all 300 members, or is the price per person?
It covers the whole 300-member package, including organization administrators, rather than charging the displayed amount for every person. Each member gets the same four collaboration allowances as Plus. Purchasing and activation are arranged with us; an online purchase does not automatically create an organization or assign member places.
How is Pro different from Enterprise?
The Pro plan is a member collaboration package. An enterprise deployment is a separately scoped software and customization project independent of Obsidian, not an organization bundle of the three plugins. Software components, private-network requirements, customization, licensing and support are agreed and quoted separately. A ready-made installer, fully offline operation or specific enterprise integrations are not assumed.
Will existing plans and lifetime access change?
No. This update changes the plan names shown on the website, not your account or purchased access. Legacy Pro and lifetime access remain governed by your existing account records. Legacy Pro is an earlier plan name; it does not automatically include the new 300-member Pro package. Organization purchases, custom software delivery and third-party AI services are agreed separately.
Does purchasing authorize access to all my projects?
No. A plan determines your available access; you approve the data permissions separately. Project reading, file references and terminal execution still follow their own access scopes and confirmations. Revoking permission stops subsequent access and actions within that scope.
What happens to local content when a trial or subscription ends?
Your local notes, files and contacts are not deleted, and core local organization remains available. Connected features follow your current entitlement, plugin support and data permissions. A change in website plan names does not automatically rewrite historical account access.
