Accounts, plans and help

Understand what is available and what still needs activation.

Your local content and your account

Your local notes and files are separate from website identity and plan access. Signing in or buying a plan does not authorize access to all local content. Keep backups before updating or switching plugins.

Read plan availability carefully

The pricing page presents Standard, Plus, Pro and Enterprise. The new allowances, organization licensing and standalone software offering are not all connected to the account flow yet. A plan preview is not confirmation that access has been activated.

Pro is a 300-place organization package arranged through consultation. Enterprise is a separate, customizable software delivery, rather than an automatic installation of three Obsidian plugins. Confirm features, delivery, payment and cancellation terms before purchasing.

Legacy Pro and lifetime access follow the valid records in your account. A marketing name change does not turn an existing personal license into a 300-member organization package.

Verify a new account

New accounts must verify their email before signing in with a password. Follow the link in your verification message, then return to sign in. If it doesn’t arrive, use Resend verification email and check your spam folder.

Accounts created before this requirement was introduced keep their existing sign-in behavior. A password reset does not replace email verification for a new account.

Sign in or recover access

Use the email address you registered with. If you forget your password, start recovery from the login page and check both your inbox and spam folder. Use the latest recovery message you requested; do not forward its link or verification code.

Use a password manager or a long, memorable passphrase for a new password. Support does not need your password, verification code, recovery code or full API key.
